Dear ANH Customers,
I hope you are enjoying your summer and finding time to recharge with family, friends, and the people who matter most. As we pass the midpoint of the year, I've been reflecting on how much I value the relationships we've built with our customers and partners across the animal nutrition and health industry.
One of the things I enjoy most about this time of year is the opportunity to pause, reflect, and share an update with you. Whether you are a producer, integrator, feed manufacturer, distributor, nutrition professional, or another important part of the food production value chain, your dedication, resilience, and commitment to excellence continue to inspire us every day.
I am incredibly proud of what our ANH team has accomplished so far this year and grateful for the trust you place in us. Together, we have continued to navigate a dynamic environment while delivering the innovative solutions, technical expertise, and reliable service that help support your success. Your partnership remains at the heart of everything we do, and I appreciate the opportunity to work alongside you as we prepare for an exciting new chapter in our business.
Over the past several months, you've received updates from our North America team regarding the separation of our Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH) business from dsm-firmenich, allowing both organizations to focus on their unique strengths and opportunities. Earlier this year, on February 9, 2026, an agreement was reached to divest ANH to CVC Capital Partners. As a result, we are preparing to launch two specialized standalone businesses under the same ownership:
Both companies are expected to begin operating independently on October 1, 2026. We'll be sharing more details in the coming weeks.
As we look ahead to this next chapter, our commitment remains simple: helping our customers succeed. Thank you for the confidence you place in our people, our products, and our expertise. We are honored to be your partner and grateful for the relationships we have built together.
I had the opportunity to spend the day with my older daughter at the July air show as the United States celebrated its 250th anniversary. Watching the event alongside her, now an aerospace flight test engineer, was a special reminder of the innovation, dedication, and optimism that continue to drive progress across generations. It also made me reflect on the importance of investing in the future, whether that's encouraging young people to pursue careers in STEM or supporting the next generation of agricultural leaders through organizations like FFA, a cause that has long been close to my heart. Those experiences reinforce my excitement for what lies ahead, both for our industry and for our business as we begin this next chapter.
From STEM to agriculture, Kristin is passionate about supporting the next generation of leaders. Pictured with her daughter at the America 250 Air Show and FFA member Annie Bowman.
With fall quickly approaching, I look forward to seeing many of you at upcoming industry events and having the opportunity to connect in person. Until then, I wish you and your teams a wonderful rest of the summer.
Thank you, as always, for your continued partnership, trust, and support.
Kind Regards,
Kristin Bonham
