Dr. Hans Stein is a Professor of Animal Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where he leads the Monogastric Nutrition Laboratory. His research focuses on calcium, phosphorus, energy systems, and nutrient digestibility in pigs. Dr. Stein earned his PhD in Nonruminant Nutrition from the University of Illinois and has contributed extensively to the advancement of swine nutrition research.
