dsm-firmenich’s dual head office in Maastricht shows how we shape the future. The modern, sustainable office combines a historic building and a new construction that meets the highest sustainability standards, including BREAAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum. The historic building has been renovated to be the first ‘Paris Proof’ monument in the Netherlands, which means it is highly energy efficient and well-insulated, meeting the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement. Maastricht head office serves as the homebase for approximately 600 dsm-firmenich employees and is located in the neighborhood of Wyck in Maastricht.
