PARSOL® HS (INCI-naam: Fenylbenzimidazoolsulfonzuur) is een sterke UV-B-absorbeerder die een grote SPF-bijdrage levert voor allerlei cosmetische formules. Daarnaast is de UV-filter zeer geschikt voor transparante zonnebrandformules op waterbasis zoals gels of heldere sprays die een enorme SPF-boost geven in combinatie met een breed scala aan zonnefiltercombinaties zoals met PARSOL® SLX. PARSOL® HS is een geurloos, gebroken wit poeder dat in water oplost na neutralisatie en dus compatibel is met de meeste cosmetische ingrediënten. Het heeft een uitstekende fotostabiliteit en veiligheidsprofiel. Omdat PARSOL® HS de huid droog laat aanvoelen, wordt het speciaal aanbevolen voor licht aanvoelende dagverzorgingsproducten en zonnefilters. Deze UV-filter is wereldwijd goedgekeurd in verschillende concentraties.
PARSOL® 1789 (INCI: Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane) is a very strong and efficient UVA absorber for sunscreen and other skin care formulations. It enables broadband protection when combined with effective UVB filters and can also contribute to SPF.
PARSOL® 340 (INCI name: Octocrylene) is an effective UV-B absorber and the most effective photostabilizer for solid, crystalline UV absorbers like PARSOL® 5000, PARSOL® 1789, Ethylhexyl Triazone and Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate.
PARSOL® EHS (INCI: Ethylhexyl Salicylate) is an effective UVB absorber for sun protection formulations. This colorless liquid UV filter is an effective solvent for many solid filters like PARSOL® 1789.
