dsm-firmenich presenteert de eerste wereldwijde resultaten waarin hun nieuwe CBD-formulering CBtru® wordt vergeleken met Epidiolex.

Deze Fase I klinische studie toont aan dat CBtru® een gelijkwaardige of betere biologische beschikbaarheid biedt dan de huidige gouden standaard, met minder variabiliteit tussen proefpersonen en een verminderde voedselafhankelijkheid. Deze doorbraak in de vaste formulering zou de toediening van CBD-medicijnen kunnen veranderen met handigere doseringsopties en een verbeterde ervaring voor de patiënt.
