Purifine® 3G helps plants capture oil that would otherwise be lost in gums. By breaking down phospholipids into water- and oil-soluble fragments, it reduces residual oil in gums to as low as 15%. That means less waste, more oil retained, and a direct impact on profitability.
To convert chemical neutralization to enzymatic deep degumming has impact on downstream process, i.e. deodorization, which is out of the scope of this calculator. Please contact our technical experts to discuss further details on how enzymes can increase the value to your process.
